At Olive Corner, we believe food is medicine — when it's made right. Our extra virgin olive oil is pressed from small-lot groves in southern Greece, where the soil is mineral-rich, the trees are dry-farmed, and the methods haven't changed in centuries.
Each harvest is cold-pressed within hours. Nothing added. Nothing taken away.
The result: high-phenolic olive oil, rich in compounds like oleocanthal and oleuropein — studied for their role in heart health, brain aging, and inflammation.
